Venue: The Grand Lawn, West Coast Park.
Directions: Whilst facing the sea, on the right-hand side of the McDonald's and the sand park.

This is a game of recreational/social touch rugby pitched at beginners/mid-level players.
It's not a high-level game, so anyone who hasn't played in a while or who might want to try playing touch for the first time will find this a good first opportunity.
Bring cleats if you have them, if not, sports shoes will do fine. Bring your own water too, 'cos drink prices at the shop in the park are quite exorbitant. Shower facilities located at Bishan Stadium (a short bus ride down from the field).

Come join us and bring your friends too, in support of this special edition of our weekly game - a testimonial match hosted in honour of Lynn Lee, in her one final hurrah before she leaves to play for the Indonesian national team.
All proceeds from this match will go to The Lynn Lee-Kate Spade Foundation for Vegetarian Bak Kut Teh Research.

hi laremy,
i was just surfing the net and chanced upon your blog. i played contact rugby before in school, and i kinda miss playing touch rugby. i'm kinda keen on playing touch regularly on a more relaxed level (not competitive :P) but the problem is, i don't know enough people who know how to play the game to play socially. so it was a relief for me to stumble upon your blog, and that it's actually alive (unlike some official websites)! unfortunately it's too late for me to join as i'm leaving soon to continue my studies overseas. but please do keep the games going! hopefully others like me who miss holding that oval ball will come forward and will create a more vibrant touch atmosphere in singapore. then you will feel vindicated!
