1. Event Format e.g. 3v2, 4v4, 6v6, etc.
2. Date of Event.
3. Time/Duration of Event. i.e. Start Time to End Time.
4. Venue of Event.
5. Number of Players Allowed. n.b. Please include all restrictions e.g. gender, age, etc.
6. Categories. (if applicable)
7. Fee. (if applicable)
8. What Players Get. i.e. goodie bags, gifts, prizes, etc. Be as specific as possible to induce more participants to enter your event.
   
9. How to register.
   
10. Deadline for registration.
11. Contact Person. For queries from the public.
