The Knights will be conducting a Touch Rugby session (no Training this time round) and all are welcome to join in. Bring along your rugby gear and water bottles.

Venue: The Grand Lawn, West Coast Park.
Directions: Whilst facing the sea, on the right-hand side of the McDonald's and the sand park.
