Beach Fiesta 2010: Life's a Beach!

Format:	3 v 2 (Beach Touch).
Date:	Sat, 27 Mar 2010.
Time:	Whole-day event.
Venue:	Tanjong Beach, Sentosa.
Number of Players:	A maximum of 6 team players, of which: only 3 are allowed to be on the field at any one time whilst a team is in possession of the ball, and a maximum of 2 players while the team is defending. At any point of time in the game, each team must have a minimum of one female player on the field. In the event that all the female players in a team are injured, the game will commence with 2 guys playing 2 v 2.
Categories:	NIL.
Fee:	$12 per player (excluding Sentosa entrance fee).
What You Get:	Goodie bags and attractive prizes.
Registration deadline:	Fri, 19 Mar 2010 (first come, first served).

To register, log on to the NUS Beach Fiesta website. You can also register at a booth that will be set up at the Raffles City Starbucks on Sat, 6 Mar and Sat, 13 Mar.

Turducken Greens TRC: Recreational Touch Rugby (Sat, 22 Aug).

Bishan Park II, near the Dog Run.

This is a game of recreational/social touch rugby pitched at beginners/mid-level players.

It's not a high-level game, so anyone who hasn't played in a while or who might want to try playing touch for the first time will find this a good first opportunity.

People Who Are Usually Not Punctual
The game starts at 10.00am sharp i.e. booted up and ready to rock.

People Who Are Usually Punctual
Please come promptly at 10.30am :)

Things to Bring

Cleats if you have them, if not, sports shoes will do fine.
Your own water - drink prices at the shop in the park are quite exorbitant.
Toiletries, towels, fresh changes of clothes. Shower facilities located nearby at Ang Mo Kio Swimming Complex (entry fee is $1.30).
Friends, if any are interested :)

We usually go for lunch after each game so hope you'll be able to join us too for some laughs over makan.
